Sorry I have not been around lately, well I have been on the site, but not joined in on the Circle. I had a really bad cold last week and by the weekend I thought it was getting better. However, Monday I felt awful and each day since then I seem to be going down hill more and more! Last night I was in bed by 8:30, aches, pains and chills. So whatever it was I had, something else has taken over. Roll on Friday, last day of work til early January  . Hope you are all keeping well. Tricia xxx

receive Reiki distantly, but don't worry about that, it was definitely sent, and it does work.
